Dear Golfers,
There has been plenty
of weather changes in recent months and
heavy utilization by golfers have caused
the turf on the Greens to be stressed.
Therefore, we have scheduled for a greens
renovation program, which will help to
improve the condition of the greens.
We will start the
program on April 22, 2002 (Monday) with
the greens on the first Nine (Hole
1 to 9). First, we will verticut and
hollowtine the greens. Later, top
dressing with sand will be done. The
renovation is for the turf to recover and
will allow us to use some other
application on the greens. Golfers will
be directed to the second Nine and shall
play twice at the same nine for 18 holes
play.
The first Nine will be
open on April 26, 2002 and there will be
some sand on the greens temporarily. We
seek your understanding and cooperation
as the greens will be temporarily
impaired.
Renovation for the second
Nine greens will commence on May 6,
2002. Your cooperation and assistance is
very much appreciated.
