Note:
Subject to RM20.00 surcharge on Weekend, Eve of Public Holidays for Seri Malaysia Port Dickson only.
Remarks:
1. Room rates quoted are inclusive of local breakfast for 2 persons only. 
2. No charge for child below 12 years old sharing room with parents.
3. Room & meal rates above are nett, inclusive of 10% service charge
    and 5% govt.tax and non-commissionable.

Terms & Conditions:
1. All rooms reservations are subject to room availability.
2. In the event of "No Show", a cancellation fee of one (1) night room
    charge will be levied.
3. The official check-in time is 1500hrs & check-out time is 1200hrs. The
    charge for use of a room after check-out time but up to 1800hrs is 50%
    of contracted rates. Any check-out after 1800hrs is subjected to a one
    (1) night room charge.
4. The Hotel reserves the right to adjust rates agreed within the contract
    period in the event of tax alteration by the Msian Govt. and service
    charge amendments.
5. The rates offered do not apply to conventions, meetings or incentives
    which are available on application.
6. Payment in full for all charges must be settled before check-out, in
    cash, company cheque or credit card unless separate written credit
    arrangements have been made. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse
    any new bookings on a credit basis until all outstanding accounts
    are settled. Personal cheque is not acceptable.
7. All Triple Sharing will be accommodated in the Family Room which
    consist of one (1) queen size bed and one (1) single bed.
8. All rates, service charges and taxes are quoted in local currency and
   are subject to change without notice in the event of unforeseen
   circumstances.
