Nestled
amidst hilly terrain of lush green
surroundings complimentary of the rubber
trees and flanked on the left side by the
North-South Ezpressway is A' Famosa Golf
Resort, which boast one of the most
beautiful golf courses in the world and
also the biggest water theme park in
Malaysia.
Strategically
located between Kuala Lumpur and
Singapore, it only take an hour and two
hours drive respectively via the
North-South Expressway to experience the
pomps and splendors of the resort. With
the inception of the Kuala Lumpur
International Airport in Sepang, driving
time is further reduced to just 30
minutes. As for the unconventional, a
helipad for private helicopters will
definitely make your presence felt by the
others. This is truly a first for the
resort as it is the only resort in
Malaysia to offer such an exclusive
service for its distinguished guests.
The 27
holes golf course (Rockies Course, Palm
Course & Crocodile Course) is
designed by the renowned Australian-based
golf architect Ross C. Watson, who is
famous for superbly molding the natural
environment into an international
top-notch course. The course is set upon
higher ground amidst the hills, with
clusters of palm trees interspersed with
monolithic boulders and pristine
waterways, an ensemble to provide the
best of a natural setting for a nice
round of golf. Golfers often confronted
with eastern wind, which can be a real
challenged of nerve to even the
professionals. To enhance the beauty of
this golf course, our green is from the
Bermuda Tifdwarf whilst the fairway is
landscped in Bermuda turf..
