championship golf course with a Mayan
inspired club house and tastefully

perimeters. It is easily accesible
through the Federal Highway / Batu Tiga
Interchange and is only 10 minutes from
Sultan Abdul Aziz Airport and 20 minutes
from Kuala Lumpur International Airport
via the KESAS Highway.
For the busy executive, Monterez
offers endless golfing adventures day or
night on its scenic and challenging
18-hole course. The design philosophy of
Monterez is fairness, balance and beauty
and a layout which caters to the various
levels of ability.
The layout harmonises with the natural
undulations of the terrain. Terraces and
mounds were built to facilitate strategic
shotmaking and a bevy of visual delights.
The fairway, carpeted with Bermuda
Greenlees Park, range from the narrow to
the forgiving and the greens, of Bermuda
Tifdwarf, are equally varied in
construction.
Fairway and greenside bunkers feature
on every hole, challenging the accuracy
of tee and approach shots, and water
carries are long enough to seriously
impair good scoring.
