Booking
Procedures for
Bukit Beruntung Golf & Country Club
:
| 1. |
All APAG
members must book their flight and
furnish their APAG membership number when
booking through the phone. |
| 2. |
Upon
signing in, APAG member must produce the
membership card together with their IC.
If member fails to do so, the prevailing
walk-in rate will be charged. |
| 3. |
Members
must introduce themselves as an APAG
member when making bookings. |
| 4. |
To book
for weekends and public holidays, please
call 72 hours in advance reservations
will be confirmed subject to the
availability of tee times and on a
first-come-first-served basis. |
| 5. |
Bukit
Beruntung Golf & Country Club has the
right to reject any unruly behaviour by
members who do not abide by the
Club’s rules and regulations. |
| 6. |
Use of
other club facilities will be subject to
current member rates. |
| 7. |

General
Terms & Conditions of Participating Clubs
:
| 1. |
Membership
is only available to all persons above 18
years of age. |
| 2. |
Membership
entitles the members to enjoy the
facilities and privileges as outlined in
the membership booklet. |
| 3. |
Membership
is not transferable and can only be used
by the person whose name is indicated on
the card. |
| 4. |
Members
have to observe the respective club
policies with regard to proper golf
attire, golf etiquette, booking
procedures, handicap requirements, etc. |
| 5. |
Members
must pay special attention to the
conditions (if any) attached to the
benefits provided. |
| 6. |
Participating
clubs listed in the benefits booklet are
under contract with RGT Sports Sdn Bhd at
the time of publication. |
| 7. |
Participating
courses are added or deleted on an
ongoing basis and, as such, are subject
to changes without prior notice. |
| 8. |
APAG and
/ or its parent company is not
responsible if any participating club
refuses to honor the program, however,
APAG will make every effort to resolve
the problem or will offer an alternative
reservation, if so desired. |
| 9. |
Prices
are subject to govt. tax and service
charge unless otherwise stated. |
| 10. |
APAG
reserves the right to revoke a
person’s membership if he / she
abuses the privileges extended. |
| 11. |
Membership
is renewable automatically if no
written notice is given one month before
renewal date. |
| 12. |
A fee of
RM20 will be charged for replacement of a
lost, damaged or stolen card. |
Booking
Procedures of Other Participating Clubs
:
| 1. |
Call the
golf club at least 72 hours in
advance, using the listed phone
number in your booklet. |
| 2. |
Some
courses require you to book through the
APAG office. Please ensure that you check
the booking procedures indicated in our
booklet. |
| 3. |
Identify
yourself as an APAG member. |
| 4. |
Arrive at
least 30 minutes before your tee-off
time. |
| 5. |
Present
your APAG membership card and, if
requested, your IC together with your
valid handicap card. |
| 6. |
Should
you have any problems pertaining to the
booking procedures, please call our Customer

order that we may look into it. |
