Rules Of Play :

• The tournament will be played on Strokeplay format using System 36 ( Modified ) handicap Control.

• A total of 14 preliminary rounds will be played at various golf clubs around the country.

• Champion, 1^st runners-up and 2^nd runners-up will qualified for the Grand Final to be played at Ria Bintan Golf Club from 9 – 12 December 2003 ( 4 days 3 nights ).

Participation Fees :

• Participation is open to all APAG members and each member is allowed to bring one guest. A basic fees of RM 130.00 is required for APAG members and RM 160.00 for non-APAG members per tournament.

Terms & Conditions :

1. APAG member and/or Guest are only allow to participate twice in the whole series and are only entitled for one (1) grand prize.

2. Each APAG member is allowed to bring only one guest per tournament.

3. Deadline for each tournament is 5 working days before tournament date.

4. Payment must be received to confirm booking on first-come-first-serve basis.

5. Only 120 participants per course.

6. Format of play is Strokeplay and handicap is based on System 36 – modified.

7. Please declare your lowest handicap for APAG member & guest.

8. If payment by cheque, please write the correct amount on cheque with name, contact number and course selection on the back of the cheque.

9. RM 130.00 for APAG member and RM 160.00 for guest for each tournament.

10. Once payment is made, no refund will be entertained for cancellation.

11. You must have a valid handicap and your own golf insurance, the organizer will not be responsible for injury incurred during the tournament.

12. All successful applicants will be notified by phone.
